From our family to yours, a very, very Merry Christmas! I'll be spending tonight with my dad's family and tomorrow is our family Christmas with my grandma. There are so many thoughts
swirling in my head but we'll just treat next week as if it's Christmas so I can say them then. :) I'll be honest, this week hasn't been the most stress-free week ever, but in the midst of it, when you sit down and really think about what it's all about, it really puts things in perspective.

Mild He lays His glory by,
Born that man no more may die.
Born to raise the sons of earth,
Born to give them second birth.
Hark! The herald angels sing,
'Glory to the newborn King!'

For my part, I've got my Pandora station playing Christmas songs and enjoying the patches of snow on the ground left from the weekend (and snow tomorrow is in the forecast...please! :)). We're all together this Christmas, and in the end that's all that matters.
